Group Leader of the AM&CE: Prof. Liang Changhai
The lab of Advanced Materials and Catalytic Engineering (AM&CE) was established in 2009. Researchers in AM&CE are mainly dealing with the key catalysts for energy conversion, environmental protection and fine chemical synthesis through the innovation of chemical preparation methods, the creation of new catalytic materials and the study of heterogeneous catalytic reaction kinetics. The AM&CE is made up by the members both in Dalian campus and Panjin campus of Dalian University of Technology.
Research topic:
Heterogeneous catalysis and its reaction kinetics (environment/ energy/ fine chemicals synthesis)
Advanced functional materials
-- Controlled synthesis and properties of noble metal catalytic materials
-- Synthesis, characterization and properties of noble metal-like catalytic materials
