     The laboratory is equipped with glove box, MOCVD synthesis device, silylation synthesis device, hydrothermal reaction autoclaves, ovens, and reactors for microwave synthesis and other special synthesis technologies, which can achieve high-efficient synthesis for different projects.

The laboratory is also capable for fixed-bed double reactor pilot-scale units, hydrogenation reaction units, ammonia synthesis units, methanation units, VOC oxidation units, high-pressure reactor, etc. It can meet the needs of laboratory pilot-scale and pre-commissioning pilot-scale experimental operations.

     At the same time, there are Agilent gas chromatograph, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography, ion chromatography, gel chromatography, and other analytical instruments for spectral analysis for offline and online analysis of reaction products. Typical characterization techniques include the TG-MS, in situ dynamic absorption infrared spectroscopy, physical chemistry adsorption apparatus, and temperature-programmed adsorption/desorption instrument, etc.

     Two sets of electrochemical workstations have also been built. It can ensure the parallel development of multi-direction research work and project tasks.


200mL Hydrogenation pilot plant

     The control system of catalyst evaluation test for hydrogenation is the JX-300XP of SUPCON. The flow rate of gas and liquid, the detection and control of pressure and temperature in the device can be automatically controlled with precise alarm of pressure and temperature.

     From July to August 2012, the first pilot test was successfully completed.


Equipement for catalytic cracking

     The equipment is designed by Kunlun Yongtai Co., Ltd. The equipment uses heavy oil as raw material and solid catalyst to crack under mild reaction conditions to produce light oil.


     From September 2012 to January 2013, the first pilot-scale operation for unconventional catalytic distillation of oil products was successfully completed.
